A retail unit, an office floor within a shared building, or a standalone facility each count as one building. No. Both plans include unlimited users — FM staff, contractors, and tenant portal users. You only pay per building, never per seat.

Your trial gives you full access to all features (including Pulse AI) so you can evaluate the complete platform. At the end of the trial you choose a plan and billing starts. No card is required to start.

Yes. You can switch to annual billing at any time to unlock the 20% discount. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the next renewal date.

Your bill adjusts automatically based on the number of active properties in your account at the billing date. Moving from one band to another (e.g. adding your 11th building) adjusts your per-building rate immediately.

Yes — the free trial unlocks every feature on both plans, including Pulse AI, so you can evaluate it before choosing a tier.

sticky-tape is hosted in the UK. Your data is stored on UK servers and is never transferred outside the UK/EEA. We are GDPR compliant.
